General Refund Policy
At Rogue Brownies, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted brownies and baked goods, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fair treatment for both our customers and our business.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any requests made after this timeframe will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be approved.
Conditions for Refund

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage. (This does not include any damage to the box, to include dings, dents, scratches, or expected damage due to shipping & handling.) If there are major issues with the box upon arrival, reach out to us and we will work with our customers on a case-to-case basis to ensure each customer is happy with their order.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive items that differ from what you ordered (wrong flavor, quantity, etc.), we will issue a full refund or replacement.
