We use premium ingredients that cost 3-5 times more than standard commercial options, bake in small batches to ensure perfect texture and flavor, and package with care to ensure your brownies arrive in perfect condition. When you consider that our Mega Brownie serves 8-10 people (about $7-9 per serving), the value becomes clear. We don't compromise on quality—each brownie is an experience, not just a dessert.
What does "virgin cut" mean?
"Virgin cut" means your brownie arrives whole and uncut, allowing you to be the first to slice into it. This approach serves multiple purposes: it preserves the perfect moisture level during shipping, prevents edge pieces from drying out, and lets you decide exactly how to portion your brownie—whether into perfect squares, generous wedges, or any shape you prefer. Our Mega Brownie measures 5.5 x 8.5 inches and serves 8-10 generous portions. It's individually baked in its own pan to ensure perfect edges and that ideal fudgy center. Our Band of Rogues includes six individually wrapped brownies, each measuring 2.5 x 2.5 inches—the perfect two-bite indulgence or satisfying treat with coffee. Our Sampler Brownies are 1.5 x 1.5, perfect for your first experience into the Rogue world. The OG brownie serves 6-8 people, offering the perfect balance between our massive Mega Brownie and individual servings.

When will my brownies ship and arrive?
We ship all brownie orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. As a small-batch bakery, we freshly bake your brownies to order, then carefully freeze them before shipping. This special process locks in moisture and ensures your brownies arrive in perfect condition. Your tracking information will be emailed automatically once your package is on its way. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. We focus on creating rich, multidimensional flavor experiences rather than churning out high volumes. Our mega brownies arrive "virgin cut," giving you the pleasure of making the first slice, and our unique flavors like "I'll be your huckleberry" can't be found elsewhere. Why do you ship on Wednesdays and Fridays?
Our twice-weekly shipping schedule ensures several things: your brownies are freshly baked that week, they don't sit in warehouses or delivery trucks over weekends, and they arrive at peak freshness. This scheduled approach allows us to maintain our small-batch quality while ensuring efficient delivery timelines that meet your needs, whether you're planning ahead or need brownies for a weekend event.
How do you ship brownies so they arrive fresh?
We've perfected our shipping process to maintain maximum freshness. First, we briefly freeze the brownies to lock in moisture and flavor. Then we package them securely with insulation appropriate for the season and destination. This approach ensures they arrive at the perfect temperature and texture, ready to enjoy. The virgin-cut approach also helps preserve moisture during transit.
Do you ship nationwide? What about international shipping?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states! International shipping is not currently available, but we're exploring options for the future. Shipping rates vary based on location and order size.
Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?
While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates due to shipping carrier variables, we can help you plan around your important dates. For special occasions, we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance and mentioning your target date in the order notes. We'll work with you to choose the appropriate shipping week.

How long will my brownies stay fresh?
Our brownies stay fresh at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them for up to 10 days or freeze them for up to 3 months. We recommend bringing refrigerated brownies to room temperature before enjoying for the best texture and flavor.
What's the best way to enjoy your brownies?
While our brownies are delicious straight from the box at room temperature, here are some enhancement suggestions: Warm them slightly (10-15 seconds in the microwave) for an extra fudgy texture Pair with coffee, milk, or red wine depending on the flavor Top with premium vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert For the Mega Brownie, try cutting different sections differently (some in squares, some in triangles) to experience different edge-to-center ratios Important note for gold-decorated brownies: If warming a brownie with gold leaf, place it upside down on a plate and microwave in short 5-second intervals. Yes, our standard brownies contain eggs, dairy, and wheat. They may also contain soy and tree nuts. We prepare all our brownies in a shared kitchen where these ingredients are regularly used. For those with food sensitivities or allergies, we want to be transparent: while we follow strict handling protocols, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are entirely free from allergen cross-contact.
Are your brownies gluten-free/nut-free/vegan?
Every brownie in our lineup can be made gluten-free by special request. Just select the "Gluten-Free" option during checkout, and we'll craft your brownies using our specialized GF process. For our gluten-free options, we take extensive precautions. All ingredients used for our gluten-free brownies—including sugar, cocoa, and other dry ingredients—are stored separately and never used in our regular brownies. We thoroughly clean and sterilize all surfaces and use dedicated equipment reserved specifically for GF orders. While we take these careful precautions, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility, and we cannot guarantee complete safety for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies. Currently, we don't offer vegan options but are exploring this for the future.
How sweet are your brownies? I don't like overly sweet desserts.
Our brownies are balanced to highlight the complex flavors of premium chocolate rather than overwhelming sweetness. We use less sugar than typical commercial brownies, allowing the richness of our high-quality cocoa and chocolate to be the star. Many customers who "don't have a sweet tooth" tell us they appreciate the sophisticated flavor profile of our brownies.

Where are you located?
We're based in Montana. While we primarily operate as an online business with shipping nationwide, we also offer local pickup options in Great Falls and are available at select local retailers.
Is Rogue Brownies a woman-owned business?
Yes! Rogue Brownies is proudly owned and operated by sisters Jenny and Karyl. Jenny started the business in 2019 as a way to support her family while caring for her son with special needs. When it came time to expand, Karyl joined the adventure, bringing her own talents to the mix.
What does the name "Rogue Brownies" mean?
The name "Rogue" represents our approach to both business and brownies. When life presented challenges, we didn't follow the conventional path—we went rogue, creating opportunities where none existed. Similarly, our brownies break from convention: they're bigger, richer, and more carefully crafted than what you'd typically find. We've never been content to follow the rules when breaking them leads to something better.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities for retailers?
