Order Processing
Processing Schedule
All orders are processed and prepared fresh for shipment. To ensure the highest quality of our products, we maintain the following processing schedule:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) will begin processing the following business day.

Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Days
We ship all orders exclusively on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings to ensure that packages don't sit in shipping facilities over weekends. This schedule helps maintain the quality and freshness of our products during transit.

Frozen Shipping
All brownies are shipped frozen with appropriate insulation and cooling materials to maintain freshness, texture, and form during transit. Our specialized packaging is designed to keep products at a safe temperature for up to 48 hours under normal shipping conditions.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally due to customs regulations regarding perishable food items and the extended transit times that would affect product quality.
Free Shipping
Tracking Information
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the Continental US.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Delivery Issues
Delivery Issues
Extreme weather conditions may affect shipping times and potentially impact product quality. During periods of extreme heat (above 85°F) or cold (below 20°F), we may temporarily suspend shipping to certain regions or recommend expedited shipping options to ensure product quality.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package:
